Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME

We aim to despatch products no later than 5 to 7* working days of your order. This includes order verification, crafting, assembling, quality check, and packaging. Please note that this could be earlier and is subject to change depending on the level of crafting.

*This will of course vary or change with custom orders, as this depends on the level of customisation required. Sometimes we would need to work with you to adjust your design and item through email so that your item looks its best and is meets your requirements and expectations. In these cases, it may take more than 7 working days for us to ship your item.

SHIPPING TIME

If you are a U.K resident, please click here to find out about estimated U.K delivery times: https://www.royalmail.com/sending/uk

If you have placed an order internationally, please click here to find out about estimated International delivery times: https://www.royalmail.com/sending/international

The International shipping times may vary slightly depending on the country. In some cases, Customs fees may be applied to your orders. These fees are imposed by the destination country and the amount depends on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold. If you’re asked to pay custom fees, you may be contacted by the shipping company.

We recommend checking with your local post office to find out if that applies to you as The Silph Company does not cover customs fees, import duties, taxes or other charges.

You are able to track your item here via Royal Mail: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/

Please wait patiently if there are no tracking updates within the first 24 hours as this can usually take around 1-3 days to be displayed. If it is not available in the carrier's system after this time frame, you may contact us and our team will be in touch with you so that we can ensure that your item has been sent via Royal Mail safely.

We ask that you are able to please ensure that you keep yourself updated with the shipping information and to contact Royal Mail in the first instance if the tracking has not moved in some time.
